Vasectomy reversal costs
The total cost of vasectomy reversal is £2300 and includes the following:
- FREE initial telephone consultation with Mr Lemberger
- Accommodation and nursing care at The Park Hospital, Nottingham
- Surgeon's fee
- Theatre costs including use of operating microscope
- Anaesthetist's fee
- Treatment of any complications e.g. wound infection
Costs of additional services
If you prefer, a face-to-face initial consultation at The Park hospital can be arranged at a cost of £125. This is a £50 reduction on the standard consultation fee.
John Lemberger can arrange for sperm retrieval and sperm banking (cryo-storage) for you at a cost of £525 (for 3 years' storage). This can be used for future IVF treatment if needed. Further details can be obtained from CARE, the embryology specialists who work with us.
How can you pay for your vasectomy reversal?
The vasectomy reversal fees can be paid by credit cards, cash or cheque.
The BMI Park Hospital Payment Plan helps to spread the payments if required. This needs to be opened prior to the booking of the vasectomy reversal (please call 0115 966 2112 for details). The plan starts with a six month period of 0% finance after which the remaining balance incurrs a 9.9% APR.
